Controlling the TV with the
Supplied Remote
By adjusling the remote signal, you can control
your TV with the stipplied rentote.
• When yon replace the batteries of the remote, the
code number may reset itself to the default (SONY)
setting- Reset the appropriate code number.
Controlling TVs with the
remote
Press and hold TV
l/(!)
while entering your
TV’s manutacturer’s code (see the table)
using the number buttons. Then release TV
I/Ó.
If you set successfully the manufacturer’s code,
the TV billion flashes twice slowly. If the setting
is unsuccessful, the TV button Hashes five times
cjuickly.

If more than one code number is listed, try
entering them one at a time until you find the one
that works witli your TV.

You can control tlie TV by using following

TV 1/(1) Turn the TV on or off.
TV INPUT Switch the TV’s input source
between the TV and other input
sources.
TV VOL +/-f Adjust the TV volume.
TV CH +/-* Select the TV channel.
Number buttons* Select the TV channel.
TOOLS* Displays the operation menu for
the current display.
RETURN* Return to the previous channel or
layer on the menu of the TV.
TV MENU*^ Display the menu of the TV.
MUTING* Turn off the TV sound
temporarily.
