Example of Using the VB Viewer to Create a Web Page
Distribute Video using VB Viewer
This section describes an example in which the VB Viewer is used to create a Web page.
Use this example to create your own original Web page.
Note
● Output performance may be degraded if there is insufficient free space in the flash
memory. Ensure that only the minimum amount of data required is stored in the
flash memory.
● Camera’s setting change may not be available if web pages’ data size is too large.
Make sure that the whole web page's data size is less than 3MB if you save the
data in the camera's flash memory. In that case, be sure to check the event log
after changing settings and check an error in saving setting values (S306, S307) is
not displayed. If the error was displayed, delete the web page data and then again
configure the settings. For details about the error messages, refer to P.5-11.
Save Web Page Data
VB-C60 is equipped with a Flash memory where Web page data can be saved. Data is saved by
transferring the data files using FTP. The data is placed as a file under /usr/www/html/local.
