The camera cannot be controlled by multiple users at the same time. Only the user who currently
has the camera control privilege can control the camera. You must obtain the camera control
privilege to control the camera, such as pan/tilt/zoom, backlight compensation and presets.

Click “Obtain/Release Camera Control” to obtain the camera control privilege
