3. Connect the SECONDARY gas supply to the rear of the
Power Supply as follows:
a. Remove the factory installed plug fitting from the
end of the T-Fitting on the "Y" Hose Assembly.
b. Disconnect the Secondary Hose from the T-Fitting
and install the plug removed above into the hole.
This will prevent lost of the plasma gas when all
connections are made.
c. Remove the Secondary Hose from the Inert-B Fit-
ting at the Secondary air regulator of the Power
Supply.
d. Connect the customer supplied gas cylinder sup-
ply hose from the secondary gas source to the In-
ert-B Fitting on the SECONDARY air regulator of
the Power Supply.
4. Connect the PLASMA shop air supply to the rear of the
Power Supply as follows:
a. Locate the 1/4 NPT to #4 (6 mm) barbed hose fitting
shipped inside the Torch Spare Parts Kit.
b. Install the supplied barbed fitting into the input of
the T-Fitting.

3. Tighten the barbed fitting.
4. Connect the plasma air supply hose (see NOTE) to the
barbed fitting and secure with a customer supplied
hose clamp.
NOTES
The customer supplied hose must be at least a #4 hose
(1/4 in or 6 mm I.D.) to provide adequate air flow.
E. Using Plasma Shop Air with Optional Two
Stage Filter Assembly, and Secondary High
Pressure Gas Cylinder
NOTES
Do not use an air line filter with high pressure regu-
lators.
For units where the Optional Two Stage Air Line
Filter has not been factory installed, install the Fil-
ter Assembly according to the instructions provided
with the assembly.
1. Connect the PLASMA Shop Air to the Two Stage Fil-
ter on the rear of the unit as follows:
a. Locate the 1/4 NPT to #4 (6 mm) barbed hose
fitting located inside the Torch Spare Parts Kit.
b. Install the barbed fitting into the input port
(IN) of the Two Stage Air Line Filter.
c. Tighten the barbed fitting.
d. Connect the PLASMA air supply hose (see
NOTE) to the barbed fitting and secure with a
customer supplied hose clamp.
NOTE
The customer supplied hose must be at least a #4
hose (1/4 in or 6 mm I.D.) to provide adequate air
flow.
