- 1. Remove power from the drive.
- 2. Open the Enclosure door.
- 3. Check for zero volts at TB1 terminals +DC and -DC.
- 4. Check for the absence of control voltage at:
- 5. Remove the wires and connectors from the Standard or PLC Comm Adapter Board.
- 6. Remove the nuts at the top of the Control Board/Adapter Mounting Plate.
- 7. Remove the two screws at the bottom of the Control Board/ Adapter Mounting Plate.
- 8. Lift the Control Board/Adapter Mounting Plate out of the drive
- 9. Continue with “Gate Driver Board and Precharge Board Mounting Plates” on pageI20.

- 4. Replace the bolts and wires to fasten the bus bar to the SCR Module.

- 4. Clean all surfaces between the SCR Module and the heat sink using a soft, clean cloth.
