Maintenance following Use
NOTeS:
The following maintenance should be performed following each use. Use Light oil, such as WD-40 or
3 in 1 when lubricating parts.
Due to the material used in the Cutting Drum and Shaft, it is critical that Steps C and D
be performed.

(A)
Shutdown the Engine (See
Normal Engine Shutdown).
(B)
Check Air Filter for cleanliness
(See Engine Manual).
(C)
Lubricate arbor in drum.
Clean engine throttle linkage
with a dry cloth.
(D)
Lubricate the Cutting Drum
Shaft.
(E)
Reinstall the Cutting Drum.
(F)
Lubricate the outer surface of
the Cutting Drum.
(G)
Lubricate the Front Wheel
Assembly.
(H)
Lubricate the Rear Wheel
Assembly.
(I)
Lubricate the Engage/ Disen-
gage Pivot Shaft.
