The following alarm messages can be shown in alternation with the temperature display:
Alarm display Cause Remedy
9999 flashes Gone above measured value
The measured value is too large, is
outside the range, or a probe has
broken. h Check probe and connecting cable for damage or
short-circuit

h Check that the correct probe has been set or
connected

Gone below measured value
The measured value is too small, is
outside the range, or a probe short-
circuit has occurred.
