control, switch S15 must be in position 0 if the operating current is
less than half the rated current. This is to ensure proper measurement of the
load current for the subsidiary control loop, the current limiting, and the over-
current / low current detection.

6.8 Select operating modes and load types
The internal switches S3, S10 — S13 and S20 are used to set the required
mode of operation.
In both phase-angle and burst-firing modes the thyristor power unit basically
operates with a subsidiary V
2
control loop. With extra code T0 or TR this can
be changed over from V
2
to P or I
2
control.
