Stop
The following are stop instructions for the Manual mode.
1. Press the Heater off key. The Heater Relay LED will shut off.
2. Wait for oven temperature to fall below 100
E C (212E F).
3. When the Manual mode is complete, press the Reset key to display the final
process temperatures.
4. Press the Stop key.
5. Press the Power on pushbutton to turn power off.
