(6) Verification after the installation.

■

Verification before starting the engine.

・

Verify all the pipes, hoses and wiring are installed correctly.

・

Verify all the nuts are tight.

・

Verify the fuel in the fuel tank is high octane.

■

Verification after starting the engine.

・

Verify that the compressor is not making any abnormal noise.

・

Verify if the V belt and the compressor are functioning properly by pressing on the
throttle lightly. (Ex: slipping of the belt, etc)

・

Verify if there are any leaks of the engine coolant, fuel and engine oil.

(7) Maintenance.
For a comfortable drive and operation, please be sure to perform daily checks before
driving the vehicle.
In addition, please be sure to carry out the maintenance items after attaching this kit.

Maintenance items and schedule.

・

Change the engine oil before 500 km.

・

Change the oil filter before 1000 km.

・

Use only high-octane fuel.

※

We suggest to attach a sticker that say “only high octane 100”

Maintenance of the V belt.
A V belt is used to rotate the compressor to generate boost. Please check the V belt
periodically.

Maintenance of the V belt

Check the belt every 10000 km.

・

Replacement of the V belt

Depending of the driving condition, the
replacement period may vary. We suggest to
change the V belt if you notice any cracks, damage
and wear.
