10）Installation of the (C. 1) compressor.

Install the

(C. h)

(C. p) Nut

(C. t)

(C. 1) compressor temporarily

by using the (C. 7) Compressor bracket,
(C. h) Flange bolt M8 X 50 (1P), (C. i)
Flange bolt M10 X 35 (1P), (C. k) Hex
Bolt M10 X 55 (1P), (C. p) Flange nut M8
(1P), and (C. t) Washer M10 (3P).

Loosen the (C. p) flange nut M8 (1P) that
was holding the (C. 2) intake manifold to

hold together the (C. 13) compressor

(C. 7)

Compressor

bracket

(C. t) Washer

Insert between the
(C. 1) compressor
and the (C. 7)

(C. k) Bolt
(C. t) Washer.
（

This washer is

used for the bolt’s
sitting surface）

(C. i) Bolt

stay.
※

The (C. 13) is temporarily tighten.

③

Attach temporarily the (C. 13)
compressor stay to the (C. 1)
compressor using the (C. i) flange bolt
M10 X 35 (1P) and the (C. q) flange nut
M10 (1P).

④

Tighten the bolts that were temporarily
tighten in step ①.

Appling torque.

Ｍ１０＝４５Ｎ・ｍ（４５０ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）

(C. p) Nut

Tighten the bolts that were temporarily
tighten in step ②・③.

Appling torque.
