15）Installation of the throttle body.

Install back all the genuine components

Use (C. g) bolt to

tighten together

(C. o) Nut

Manifold Stay

and use the (C. f) flange bolt M8X35 (1P)
and the flange bolt M8X45 (1P). The
genuine components are throttle body
bolts (two bolts) and the gasket.

Appling torque.

＝２２Ｎ・ｍ（２２０ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）

Install the (C. 14) throttle stay to the
genuine intake manifold stay using the
(C. b) flange bolt M6 X 16 (1P) and (C. o)
flange nut M6 (1P).

Tighten together as shown in the

picture.

Appling torque.

＝２２Ｎ・ｍ（２２０ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）

Install back the water bypass hose (two
hoses) and the connectors (two
connectors) to the throttle body.

16）Replace the genuine PCV valve hose with

the (C. 46) φ6 tube and use the (C. 52)
clamp S to tighten it.

17）Use the (C. 65) lock tight and fix the PCV

valve at the location shown in the
diagram.
