※

Make sure not to make mistakes in

connecting the hoses.

①

Plug the pipe where the throttle body
ventilation hose No. 1 used to connect
with the (C. 50) rubber cap φ 19 and
the (C. 51) clamp L (1P).

②

Connect the ventilation hose No.2 to the
(C. 2) intake manifold’s (C. 41) nippleφ
21 – 3/4PT using the genuine clamp.

③

Connect the vacuum hose to the (C. 2)
intake manifold’s genuine nipple using
the genuine clamp.

④

Connect the (C. 46) φ6 tube replaced on
step (16) to the (C. 40) nipple φ6-1/8PT
using the (C. 52) clamp S.

※

Cut the (C. 46) φ 6 tube to an

adequate length if it is long.

⑤

Connect the (C. 47) φ4 hose to the (C.
39) nippleφ4-1/8PT using the (C. 65)
lock tight so it does not come off.

19）Installation of the throttle cable.

①

Remove the rubber bushing from the
genuine throttle cable stay.

②

Install the removed bushing to the (C.
12) throttle cable stay as shown in the
diagram.

(C. i) Bolt

③

Install the throttle cable stay with the
bushing to the (C. 2) intake manifold
using the (C. i) cap bolt M6X15 (2P).

Appling torque.

＝１０Ｎ・ｍ（１００ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）

④

Install the throttle cable.
