(8) Installation of the alternator harness.

(a) Use the

(C. a) flange bolt M6 X 8 (1P), (C. i)

flange nut M6 (1P) 、 and extend the

(C. 54)

(C. 49) φ 15

(C. 55) Ha

rness B

alternator’s +B terminal harness with the
supplied (C. 54) alternator harness A.

(b) Cover the connections (step a) by cutting

approximately 50mm of a (C. 49) colgate
tube φ15.
※

Secure the colgate tube in place by taping

with electric tape.
Warning：The alternator might get damaged
if the +B terminal gets in contact with the

engine. Make sure to COVER the +B

terminal.

Appling torque.

＝９．８Ｎ・ｍ（１００ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）

(d) Cover back the +B terminal with the plastic

cover.

(C. 55) alternator harness B.

(a) Extend the alternator’s connector with the

supplied (C. 55) alternator harness B.

(b) Connect it to the alternator’s connector.

Use a (C. 65) lock tight to tighten the harness

like the above figure.

※

Make sure to tighten it where it would not

get in contact with moving and high heat

components.

(9) Install the (C. 3) chamber to the outlet of

(C. 1)

(C. 3) Chamber

(C. c) Bolt

(C. 5) Gasket

(In between)

the compressor using the (C. c) flange
bolt M6 X 20 (6P) and the (C. 5) gasket
(1P).
