(26) Removal of the front bumper

①

Remove all the screws, bolts, nuts, clips,
light connectors and what ever needed
to remove the front bumper.

②

Remove the fog lamp assembly be
removing two nuts.

③

Remover the energy absorbing
re-enforcement.

(27) Removal of the power steering cooler.

①

Drain the power steering fluid.

Remove two power steering stays.

③

Remove the clamp and remove the
power steering cooler from the location
shown in the diagram.

※

Be careful not to spill the fluid.

(28) (C. 38) Installation of the power steering

oil cooler.

①

Extend the power steering cooler hose
using the (C. 42) straight nipple 9 (2P),
(C. 45) φ9 hose (2P) and the (C. 52)
clamp S (4P).

②

Install the power steering oil cooler
using the (C. 21) power steering cooler
stay A, (C. 22) power steering cooler stay
B, (C. e) flange bolt M8X16 (2P), (C. p)
flange nut M8 (2P), genuine power
steering cooler stay bolt (1P) and the
genuine re-enforcement nut (1P).
