MFC Settings and Activity
You can print the following lists and reports:
1 . X M I T R E P O R T
Choose if you would like a
Transmission Verification Report
printed after every fax you send.
2 . A C T . R E P O R T
Activity Report lists information about
the last 50 incoming and outgoing faxes.
TX means Transmit; RX means Receive.
3 . A L L D I A L
Lists names and numbers stored in One
Touch and Speed Dial memory, in
numerical order.
4 . T E L . I N D E X ALL DIAL list (above), alphabetically.
5 . U S E R S E T T I N G S
Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP,
SETUP RECEIVE, SETUP SEND,
PRINT REPORTS REMOTE FAX OPT
and MISCELLANEOUS.
6 . M E M O R Y S T A T U S
Lists summary information and amount
of occupied memory.
To Print a Report
1 For the FAX, press Function , 7 .
For the MFC, press Function , 1 , 7 .
2 Enter the number of the report you want to print.
For example, press
4 to print the TEL. INDEX.
For the Activity Report, also press or to select PRINT REPORT?
and press Set .
3 Press Start .
4 Press Stop to exit.
