Toner Empty Icon
The Toner icon flashes on and off when
toner is low, so you'll know to order
another toner cartridge. You will be able
to print until the indicator stays on.

Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
Displays messages to help you set up and
operate your machine.

Programming Keys:
Function
Lets you access the function and
programming mode.
(Left Arrow)
(Right Arrow)
Moves the LCD cursor to the left and
right through options or text.
Set
Stores a function setting into the
machine.
Clear
Deletes entered data or backs up one step
in function procedure.

One Touch Dial Keys
These 16 keys give you instant access to
previously stored phone numbers.

Shift
This key is used to access the “17”
through “32” One Touch numbers. In
the printer mode when shift is pressed
together with Test/Reset, it resets and
restores the machine to the factory
default settings.

Hook
Lets you dial telephone and fax
numbers without lifting the handset.

Hold
Lets you put calls on hold.

Redial/Pause
Re-dials the last number called. Also
inserts a pause in autodial numbers.

Speed Dial
Lets you dial stored phone numbers by
pressing a two-digit number.

Dial Pad
Dials phone and fax numbers and can
be used as a keyboard for entering
information into the machine.

Volume High/Low Keys
Lets you adjust speaker, ring and
handset volume.
