Radiator
ALLOW RADIATOR TO COOL DOWN BEFORE SERVICING.
REMOVAL:
1. Drain the anti-freeze fluid from the radiator (1) by
opening the valve on the bottom corner of the radia-
tor. Store fluid in a suitable container.
2. Loosen the clamps on the radiator hoses (2, 3, 5)
and remove the hoses.
3. Disconnect and cap the hoses connected to the
coolant overflow container (4).
4. Remove the bolts (5) washers (6) and nuts (7) to
remove the coolant overflow container from the
mounting bracket.
5. Remove the four bolts (9), washers (10) and nuts
(11) to remove the radiator.
NOTE: The engine must be removed before the radiator can
be removed.
INSTALLATION:
1. Follow Removal Steps in reverse.
2. Ensure drain valve on radiator (1) is closed. Refill
radiator with 2.63 gal (10 ltr) of anti-freeze fluid.
