3.4.3 Cleanup Error Log screen
When you click Cleanup Error Log, the screen shown below is displayed.
On this screen, you can execute a cleanup of Error Log and set conditions of it. If you set
conditions of a cleanup, the cleanup will be executed once on about a day by the conditions
that you set. The data of the log deleted by execution of a cleanup is saved at a cleanup file.
The created cleanup file can be downloaded.

Item Explanation
-Cleanup Error Log
Setting-
You can set conditions of a cleanup of Error Log.
[Entries Limit] check
box
Select it if you want the condition of the Entries Limit to be valid.
Specify the Entries Limit in the edit box located at the right. (*1)
[Retention Period]
check box
Select it if you want the condition of the Retention Period to be
valid. Specify the Retention Period in the edit box located at the
right. (*2)
[Set] button Sets a condition of a cleanup.
[Cleanup] button Executes the cleanup for all logs immediately.
-Cleanuped Error
Log File List-
Displays the cleanup files. Each file name is ALYYYYMMDD.csv,
where YYYY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day.
You can download the file by clicking its link.
-Backup Database
File List-
Lists the files in which databases were backed up. Each filename is
DBYYYYMMDD.mdb, where YYYY is the year, MM is the month,
and DD is the day. You can click a filename to download it.
[Delete] button Deletes the cleanup file.
