2.3.1 Modifying and repairing HarnessEye/web
Execute SETUP.EXE in the \Public\Utils\Toshiba\HEYE directory on the "Server Setup TooL-
and Documentation CD”. After that, operate by following the instructions that dialogs give.
Notice If you quit the setup program, the SNMP service may stop or the HEW may not
function normally. In this case, perform the setup program again and complete
the operations.
2.3.2 Removing HarnessEye/web
In the case of WindowsNT, open [Add/Remove Programs] from [Control Panel].
[Add/Remove Programs Properties] screen is displayed. And select [Install/Uninstall] tab.
Select [HarnessEye/web V3.1] from programs list. And click the [Add/Remove] button.
In the case of Windows2000, open [Add/Remove Programs] from [Control Panel] and select
[Change or Remove Programs]. Select [HarnessEye/web V3.1] from programs list. And click
the [Change/Remove] button.
In the case of Windows Server 2003, open [Add or Remove Programs] from [Control Panel]
and select [Change or Remove Programs]. Select [HarnessEye/web V3.1] from programs list.
And click the [Change/Remove] button.
After that, operate by following the instructions that dialogs give.
Notice - If you quit the setup program, the SNMP service may stop or the HEW may
not function normally. In this case, perform the setup program again and
complete the operations.
- After HEW is removed, some files and folders may remain that they are not
removed. If so, reboot the computer. And then remove the files that remained in
the folder specified when installing HEW, and its folder using Windows Explorer.
