If you click the [Edit] button while the Filter Settings tab is active, the screen shown below is
displayed. You can register the condition you want to select from the Event Log.
Configure Alerts screen (Filter Settings - Edit)
Item Explanation
[Logfile] radio button
Select the type of log file.
[Event Type] check
box
Select the target event type(s).
Specify one or more types. At least one type must be selected.
[Event Source] edit
box
Specify the source name(s).
When specifying two or more sources, separate them with a comma
“,”. Wild cards (“*” and ”?”) can be used. If no source is specified,
all sources are applicable. Source name(s) can be specified with up
to 128 characters.
[Event ID] edit box
Specify the event ID. When specifying two or more event IDs,
separate them with a comma “,”. Up to 16 event IDs can be
specified. Use a hyphen “-” to specify a range. If no event ID is
specified, all event IDs are applicable.
[Description Keyword]
edit box
Specify the description keyword.
The keyword can be specified with up to 64 characters.
[Data Filter Bytes] edit
box
Specify the data filter bytes in hexadecimal.
Up to 64 characters of data can be specified.
[Data Filter Offset] edit
box
When specifying a data filter bytes, specify the data filter offset
position in decimal notation.
If no data offset is specified, all offsets are applicable.
[Event Merging
Interval] edit box
Specify the “Event Merging Interval” in seconds.
[Clear] button
Resets the data to their initial state.
[Set] button
Sets the specified data.
