In the case of Windows2000
1. Opening Internet Services Manager
Open [Administrative Tools] from [Control Panel] and double-click [Internet Services
Manager]. Right-click the computer name in the displayed screen, and select
[Properties]. Select [Internet Information Services] tab, and click a [Edit] button.
2. Changing "Connection Timeout"
Select [Web Site] tab. Change the value of [Connection Timeout], and click a [OK]
button.
3. Changing "CGI Timeout"
Select [Home Directory] tab, and click a [Configuration] button. Select [Process
Option] tab, change the value of [CGI script timeout], and then click a [OK] button.
In the case of Windows2003
1. Opening Internet Information Services(IIS)Manager
Open [Administrative Tools] from [Control Panel] and double-click [Internet
Information Services(IIS)Manager]. Double-click the computer name in the displayed
screen, right-click [Web Sites], and select [Properties].
2. Changing "Connection Timeout"
Select [Web Site] tab. Change the value of [Connection Timeout], and click a [OK]
button.
3. Changing "CGI Timeout"
Execute IISTool.exe in the \Public\Utils\Toshiba\HEYE\Tools directory on the
“Server Setup TooL- and Documentation CD”. Change the value and click [OK]
button.
