3.4.2 Backup Database screen
When you click Backup Database, the screen shown below is displayed.
On this screen, you can execute a backup of a database that has managed the information
on HEW, and set a schedule of it. If you set a schedule of a backup, the backup will be
executed by the conditions that you set. The backup file created by execution of backup can
be downloaded.

Item Explanation
-Backup Database
Schedule-
You can set a schedule of the database backup.
[Never] radio button Select it if you want not to execute the backup.
[Every Day] radio
button
Select it if you want to execute the backup everyday.
[Once a Week] radio
button
Select it if you want to execute the backup once a week. Specify
what day of the week it executes in the drop down list located at the
right.
[Once a Month] radio
button
Select it if you want to execute the backup once a month. Specify
what day of the month it executes in the drop down list located at
the right.
[Set] button Sets a schedule of the database backup.
[Backup] button Executes the backup immediately.
-Backuped Database
File List-
Displays the backup files. Each file name is
DBYYYYMMDD.mdb, where YYYY is the year, MM is the month,
and DD is the day. You can download the file by clicking its link.
[Delete] button Deletes the backup file.
