Notes
• To cancel the self-timer after it starts press the
STOP (4) button.
• Self-timer shooting is automatically canceled
after one shot.
• When the [LED] setting is set to [Off], the LED
does not flash during self-timer operation. After
the time set for the self-timer elapses, recording
or shooting starts automatically (☞ P.73).
• When the [Beep] setting is set to [Off], beep
does not sound during self-timer operation.
After the time set for the self-timer elapses,
recording or shooting starts automatically (☞
P.73).
Notes
• The recording level will be automatically
adjusted when the recording level is set to
[Auto]. Set the recording level to [Manual] to
use the recording level adjustment feature.
• When the unit is set to [Auto], the limiter
function will be disabled.
When a loud sound
is produced the level meter will swing all the
way over to the right while recording and the
PEAK/LED indicator light will turn on. When
this happens the sound will be recorded in a
distorted manner since the recording level is too
high. If sound distortions do not disappear even
after the recording level has been adjusted,
change the setting for microphone sensitivity
(☞ P.65) and adjust the recording level again.
• If too big sound is input, the noise may occur even
if [Rec Level] is set to [Auto] or [Limiter ON].
• The level can be adjusted from [01] to [12]. The
higher the number, the higher the level and the
larger the indicator position on the level meter.
