Getting Ready
Changing modes:
Slide the mode switch on the recorder to n

Point the lens toward the subject
Point the lens toward the subject you want to shoot. You can verify the images you are shooting using the
main LCD. While shooting, high-quality sound can be recorded using thee built-in stereo microphone.
On mounting:
Accurate adjustments of the microphone’s angle
and the like can be made when the device is
affixed to a commercially available tripod used for
cameras.

Select the image quality:
Set the movie resolution and recording format
according to the content you want to shoot and
its length (☞ P.68).
