You can protect important pictures to avoid accidentally erasing them.
Protected pictures cannot be erased by the single-frame/all-frame erase function.

Turn the mode dial to
q.

Play back the picture you want to protect.

Press
p to display the playback menu, then press
a/c to select
“
0.”
Press
d to enter the protect settings.

c to select “ON.”
