3. 4 Call Service Errors (Codes: E-xxxx)
When a significant problem occurs, the KIP Color 80 stops the operation indicating any “service
call error codes” (E-xxxx) on the Status Display. Call the service staff immediately as these
problems can be fixed by a well trained technician only.

Before calling the service staff, try to turn on/off the KIP Color 80. If “E-xxxx” is indicated again,
turn off the machine, unplug it, and call the service staff with reporting the error code.
The followings are possible service call error codes.

E-0002 Fuser abnormal high temperature error
E-0011 Web feeding error
E-0020 Fuser thermostat error
E-0051 Web end error
E-1012 Registration roller motor 4 error

E-1314 Transportation unit 3 motor error
E-1021 Cutter error
E-2010 Waste toner motor error
E-2111 Drum motor 1 error
E-2112 Developer motor 1 error
E-2113 Developer press motor 1 error
E-2114 Image corona 1 cleaning error (Delay)
