When a problem is detected (call a service representative)
If a problem is detected, perform the operation described in the message. If the problem is not resolved, per-
form the following operations, and then contact your service representative.
Problems that cannot be corrected by the user

Write down the malfunction code in the Service Call screen.

Turn off the Power Switch.

Unplug the machine.

Contact your service representative and inform them of the written down malfunction code.
