[Staple] Staples copies in corner or at two points before they are output.

Select Auto, and the machine automatically judges the staple positions for the pa-
per relative to the original direction loaded.

A staple position along the long side of the paper is selected if the original
length is 11-11/16 inches (297 mm) or less.
• A staple position along the short side of the paper is selected if the original
length exceeds 11-11/16 inches (297 mm).
• Staple positions are set on the upper or left-side end.
• Load the original by placing it so that its head (top side) faces the left.
