Editing a one-touch dial number
1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “One Touch”.
2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the one-touch dial number to be
edited.
❍ If a programmed one-touch dial number is selected, the information can be
changed.

When editing the information, the “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste” and “Delete”
commands on the “Edit” menu can be selected.
Programming a speed dial number
1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Speed Dial”.
2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the speed dial number to be
programmed.
❍ A maximum of 200 speed dial numbers can be programmed.
