Polling RX - Bulletin
A function available on the receiver's side to request a sender to send documents set in the sender's bulletin
board.
To receive documents stored in the bulletin board, select [Bulletin], enter the bulletin board number using
Keypad, and select the recipient.
This function cannot be used together with the following functions.
- Original Size
- Long Original
- Separate Scan
- Binding Position
- ECM OFF
- V34 OFF
- Timer TX
- F-code TX
- Password TX
- Internet Fax
Timer TX
Specify the sending time. Transmitting faxes in discount telephone rate hours such as late at night or early in
the morning will reduce the cost. Use the Keypad to specify the communication starting time.
Reference
- It is specified in hours and minutes.
- You cannot specify the date.
- A maximum of 16 timer transmissions (including transmissions being redialed) can be queued.
- In order to send a timer transmission, the date and time must first be specified on the machine. For de-
tails on the date and time settings, refer to the [User's Guide Administrator Operations].
- This function cannot be used together with Internet Fax transmissions or polling reception.
- If the machine is off at the specified TX Start Time, the fax will be sent the next time that the machine
is turned on.
