Use this button to manually send a fax.

Reference

Memory transmission can not be used in combination with the off-hook function.

The separate scan function cannot be used.

Automatic redialing cannot be used.

Broadcasting is not available.

Timer transmissions, F-code transmissions, password transmissions and polling reception are not be-
ing performed.

If [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Function Settings] ö [Confirm Addr (TX)] is set to [ON], the
off-hook function cannot be used.

Manual transmission

Load the original, and configure the scan setting as needed. Press [Off-Hook] to turn into the off-hook state,
and the screen appears to select the recipient.

Press [Send], select the recipient. After the fax answer tone is heard, press [Start] or press Start.

Reference

You can specify the destinations by directly entering them or selecting them from the address book,
Log, or program destinations.
