INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

ELECTRICAL CODES FOR WIRING AND GROUNDING
1. BEFORE WIRING THIS FIXTURE, CONSULT THE LOCAL
WIRING
ENGAGED, AND TIGHTEN THE FITTER BOLTS "A" SECURELY.

SECURE THE OPTICAL ASSEMBLY TO THE BRACKET THAT HOLDS
SCREWS WITH WASHERS THROUGH THE HOLES IN THE REFLECTOR.
1. FASTEN OPTICAL ASSEMBLY TO FIXTURE BY PLACING THE TWO
MUST BE LOCKED IN FOR FOR SATISFACTORY OPERATION.
ENGAGEMENT BY PULLING UP ON THE PHOTOCONTROL, AS IT
LOCKED INTO POSITION. IT IS ADVISABLE TO TEST THE
PUSH IT FIRMLY, AND TWIST IT CLOCKWISE UNTIL IT IS
INSERT THE PHOTOCONTROL INTO THE RECEPTACLE/SOCKET,
WITH THE LARGE OPENING IN THE RECEPTACLE/SOCKET.

THE MOUNTING SURFACE. TIGHTEN THE POSITION SCREW.
SOCKET SO THAT THE ARROW ON ITS TOP POINTS AWAY FROM
CONTROL RECEPTACLE/SOCKET AND ROTATE THE RECEPTACLE/
1. LOOSEN THE POSITIONING SCREW IN THE TOP OF THE PHOTO-
INSTALLING THE PHOTOCONTROL
THESE SCREWS SECURELY.
PLACE, USING THE FOUR LAG SCREWS SUPPLIED. TIGHTEN
3. FASTEN THE MOUNTING ARM AND CLAMP ASSEMBLY INTO
THE MARKED POSITIONS.
3/16" DIAMETER HOLES INTO THE MOUNTING SURFACE AT
MARK THE FOUR MOUNTING HOLE POSITIONS. DRILL FOUR
THE MOUNTING ARM AND CLAMP ASSEMBLY INTO PLACE AND

TO THE MOUNTING SURFACE IF NECCESARY.

ONTO THE SHORT END OF THE MOUNTING ARM, TIGHTENING
IN THE SIDE OF THE CLAMP.INSTALL THE ASSEMBLED CLAMP

1. HOOK THE TWO CLAMP PIECES TOGETHER AND FASTEN THE
INSTALLING THE MOUNTING ARM

CAUTION
THE MOUNTING ARM IS NOT DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE
WEIGHT OF A PERSON. MAKE SURE 1" OF MOUNTING ARM
EXTENDS BEYOND THE BRACKET (SEE ILLUSTRATION)

THE FIXTURE IS SUPPLIED WITH A STANDARD LAMP, WHICH
CAN CAUSE SERIOUS SKIN BURNS AND EYE INFLAMMATION IF
IT IS OPERATED WHEN THE OUTER GLASS JACKET OF THE LAMP
IS BROKEN. IF THE GLASS SHOULD BREAK DURING OPERATION,
DISCONNECT THE POWER TO THE FIXTURE AND REPLACE THE
DEFECTIVE LAMP IMMEDIATELY. TO INSTALL THE LAMP, SCREW
IT INTO THE LAMP SOCKET UNTIL IT IS FIRMLY SEATED

SERVICING THE FIXTURE

TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE
INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL
AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. FOR CODE
INTERPRETATION, CONSULT LOCAL CODE AUTHORITY. BEFORE
INSTALLING VERIFY THAT THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE MATCHES THAT
REQUIRED BY THE FIXTURE AS SPECIFIED ON THE DATA LABEL.

OR OTHER MATERIAL, FOR SEVERAL HOURS AS DAMAGE TO THE
PHOTOCONTROL, OR TO THE FIXTURE, MAY RESULT
