1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap Auto screen off during calls to turn on the proximity sensor.
Accessory Settings for Call
The Accessory Settings feature allows you to assign headset settings during incoming calls.
● Automatic answering
configures the phone to automatically answer an incoming call
when a headset is detected.
● Automatic answering timer
configures the time delay before the phone automatically
accepts the incoming call.
● Outgoing call conditions
lets you choose whether or not to be able to make outgoing
calls using a headset even when the phone is locked.
Increase Volume in Pocket
This feature increases the ringtone volume when the phone is in a pocket or a bag. It uses the
proximity sensor to detect its location.
1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap Increase volume in pocket to activate the feature (a green checkmark appears in
the adjacent field).
Additional Settings
This menu contains an option to activate noise reduction. With this setting, you can suppress
the background noise that can occur on your end of the line.
1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap Additional settings and then tap Noise reduction (a green checkmark appears in
the adjacent field).
US Dialing
Plus Code dialing allows you to have the phone automatically dial the international access code
for your location.
3. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
4. Tap US dialing to activate the feature (a green checkmark appears in the adjacent
field).
