Section 7: Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communications
technology capable of exchanging information over a
distance of about 30 feet, without a physical connection.
You don't need to line up the devices to send information
with Bluetooth. If the devices are in range, you can exchange
information between them, even if they are located in
different rooms.
Note: When paired with a Bluetooth headset, you can press
the multi-function key on the headset to use Voice
Commands, including voice dialing.
Bluetooth Service Profiles
Bluetooth profiles are specifications for services supported
by individual devices. Profiles improve the ability of different
devices to work together.
