Header Files
Any time a concentration, gradient, or site means file is created, a header file called MMDDHHMM.hdr is also created,
unless a header file is already open. The file may already open, for example, if 10 Hz concentration data collection is
started, and then either the gradient or site means mode is started. In this case the same header file is used, with
additional lines written to give information for the second data collection mode.
The header file is always ASCII (plain text) format and contains the following information:
TGA software version
Gas Mnemonic
Date
Site
Laser serial number
Column definitions for 10 Hz data file
Column definitions for 1-minute data file
Data collection start time
User messages
Error messages
