Description Field
T-VOL information in XX:YY:ZZ format.
• XX:YY:ZZ is the LDKC number:CU number:LDEV number
T-VOL
Indicates whether the T-VOL has been written to, and whether it can be read. TvolMode
• A hyphen (-) indicates that it has not been written to and can be read.
•
W indicates that it has been written to
•
N indicates that it cannot be read
Indicates the speed that data is copied according to pair status. Copy Pace
•
Slower, Medium, or Faster is shown if the pair status is PENDING, SP-Pend, V-Split,
Resync, or Resync-R.
• Dashes (----) display if the pair status is none of the above.
NOTE: When you create BC Z pairs by using RAID Manager, the copy pace is set as
follows:
•
When the track size is 1 or 2, Slower is set.
• When the track size is 3, Medium is set.
•
When the track size is 4 to 15, Faster is set.
Indicates the percentage of pair synchronization: Sync
• Dashes (----) display for volumes or pairs in SIMPLEX and Deleting/TRANS status.
•
The percentage of copied data is shown for pairs in PENDING, SP-Pend/TRANS,
V-Split/SUSPVS, and Suspend/SUSPER status.
• The percentage of identical data in the S-VOL and T-VOL for volumes in DUPLEX,
Split/SUSPOP, Resync/PENDING, or Resync-R/REVRSY status.
The volume’s emulation type. Emulation
The number of cylinders assigned to the volume Capacity (Cyl)
The T-VOL’s consistency group number. If you have not set a consistency group for the
T-VOL, dashes (---) are shown. CTG
The S-VOL’s cache logical partition CLPR (S)
The T-VOL’s cache logical partition CLPR (T)
The current state of the volume in terms of whether the Compatible FlashCopy or Compatible
FlashCopy SE relationship is established or not. Relationship (S)
