12. Slide the server into the rack.
13. Power up the server (on page 18 ).
Installing a PCI-X riser board
1. Power down the server (on page 18 ).
2. Extend the server from the rack (on page 19 ).
3. Remove the access panel (on page 20 ).
4. Remove the air baffle (" Remove and install the air baffle " on page 20 ).
5. Remove the PCI riser board assembly (on page 21 ).
6. Remove the expansion board from the slot, if installed.
7. Remove the full-length PCI Express riser board from the riser board assembly.
