c. To apply the schedule task to specific VMs, select Apply to following Virtual Machine(s),
and then select the required Virtual Machines.
d. You can overwrite the default policy setting, by selecting the following options:

Set Recovery Set to expire after
•
Retain Recovery Set
5. Click Next. The Schedule Task Summary window appears.
6. Verify the details listed in Schedule Task Summary.
7. Click Finish to complete the scheduling of the Recovery Set task.
A message appears indicating whether the task has been created successfully. A listing for
the scheduled task is displayed in the Schedule List.
NOTE:
•
If a VM or datastore is removed, then the associated scheduled tasks continue to run.
However, this task is no longer manageable from the HP 3PAR Management Plug-in and
Recovery Manager Software for VMware vSphere scheduling interface. Therefore, the
task needs to be manually removed from the Windows Scheduler.
•
If the username associated with the user who created a scheduled task is changed or
modified, then the defined task is no longer operational.
