If the existing certificate key is 2048 bits, then the screen will accept data to be included in the certificate
request, and thereby will be included in the signed certificate. The fields that can be specified appear,
populated with the values found in the existing certificate.
The following table describes the fields on the SSL Certificate Administration (Certificate Signing Request)
screen.
