2. To select volumes for the partition, click on the name of the volume
from the Volume Name field. Select as many volumes as there are new
partitions, and click OK.
3. The Select Volumes window closes and the Add Partition window is
displayed again.
Partition names are assigned based on the selected volume and the name of
the index. The partition names are displayed in the partition pane, as
shown below
Assign Catalogs
Use the Partition pane and the Catalogs pane to assign a catalog to each
partition.
