Displaying operation history
To display the history of operations on Snapshot XP pairs (such as creating pairs, deleting pairs, and
storing snapshot data in the pool), use the History pane.
1.
Launch Command View XP or XP Remote Web Console.
2.
Select the BC button. The Business Copy XP main pane appears.
3.
Select the History tab. The History panel appears.
NOTE:
To update information on the History pane, click Refresh.

History pane
The upper area of the History pane lists the operation history of Business Copy XP pairs. For more
information about the operation history of Business Copy XP pairs, see the HP StorageWorks Business
Copy XP User Guide for the XP10000/XP12000.
The lower area lists the operation history of Snapshot XP pairs. The lower area of the History pane displays
the following items:
•
Time
Date and time (YYYY/MM/DD hour/min/sec) when a Snapshot XP pair or volume operation was
performed.
•
P-Vol
CU and LDEV number of the P-VOL used for Snapshot XP operations.
•
S-Vol
CU and LDEV number of the S-VOL used for Snapshot XP operations. When there is no S-VOL, ---
appears.
•
MU
ID of snapshot data used for Snapshot XP operations.
•
Pool
Pool ID of the pool in which the Snapshot XP pair is registered.
•
Code
Reference code for Snapshot XP. For more information about reference codes, see
