Call Answer Mode
Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone:
whether you want to press
, to press any number
key, or simply to open the phone.

Highlight

Call Setup > Call Answer.

to answer an incoming call by just
opening the phone.

to allow you to answer an incoming call
by opening the phone and pressing any key.

to require you to press

all incoming calls.
Auto-Answer Mode
Set your phone to automatically pick up incoming calls
when connected to an optional hands-free car kit.

Highlight
and press
> Settings > Others >
Call Setup > Auto-Answer
.

Highlight an option and press

Off
to disable Auto-Answer.
Ⅲ
Headset
to answer calls automatically when the
phone is connected to a headset (sold
separately). Remember, your phone will answer
calls in Auto-Answer mode even if you are not
present.
Setting Abbreviated Dialing
To activate the Contacts Match feature:
1.
Highlight
and
press
> Settings > Others >
Call Setup
.
2.
Select
Contacts Match > ON
.
To activate the Prefix feature:
1.
Highlight
and
press
> Settings > Others >
Call Setup
.
2.
Select
Abbreviated Dialing > ON
.
3.
Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the
Enter
Prefix
field and then press
SAVE
(left softkey).

To deactivate this feature, select
OFF
during step
2 above.
