Description
 Selects the character set according to the country selected, and switches some character codes in the
code table according to the value for n3.
n3=00h: USA
n3=01h: France
n3=02h: Germany
n3=03h: Britain
n3=04h: Denmark I
n3=05h: Sweden
n3=06h: Italy
n3=07h: Spain I
n3=08h: Japan
n3=09h: Norway
n3=0Ah: Denmark II
n3=0Bh: Spain II
n3=0Ch: Latin America
n3=0Dh: South Korea
n3=40h: Legal
 The following 12 codes are switched.

 The default setting is n3=00h (USA).
 This command is a static command.
