L’installazione delle valvole di bilanciamento con flussometro incorporato
deve essere eseguita da parte di personale tecnico qualificato secondo le
indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale ed in accordo alla normativa
vigente.
Pulire le tubazioni da eventuali detriti, ruggini, incrostazioni, scorie di
saldatura e da altri contaminanti. Come in ogni circuito idraulico è
importante fare attenzione alla pulizia dell’intero sistema. Per un
funzionamento ottimale, l’aria contenuta nel fluido deve essere rimossa.
Le valvole di bilanciamento possono essere installate sia su collettore
verticale che su collettore orizzontale
Le valvole devono essere installate in maniera tale che:
- la direzione del flusso concordi con quella della freccia impressa sul

corpo della valvola;

- sia agevole l’accesso all’otturatore del flussometro, all’asta di

comando ed al quadrante con la scala di lettura di taratura.

The balancing valves, with built-in flow meter, must be installed by
qualified technical personnel in accordance with the instructions given
in this manual and with current regulations.
Clean the pipes of any debris, rust, incrustations, welding slag and
other contaminants. As in all hydraulic circuits it is important to ensure
the entire system is clean. For optimal operation, any air in the medium
must be removed.
The balancing valves may be installed both on a vertical manifold and
a horizontal manifold.
The valves must be installed so that:
- the flow direction corresponds with that of the arrow on the valve

body.

- there is easy access to the flow meter obturator, control stem and dial

with the calibration adjustment range.

Die Leitungen von eventuellen Ablagerungen, Rost, Verkrustungen,
Schweißrückständen und sonstigen Verunreinigungen befreien Wie in
jedem Hydraulikkreislauf ist darauf zu achten, dass die gesamte
Anlage sauber ist. Für einen optimalen Betrieb muss die im Medium
enthaltene Luft beseitigt werden.
Die Strangregulierventile können sowohl auf senkrechtem als auch
waagrechtem Verteiler installiert werden.
Die Ventile müssen so installiert werden, dass:
- die Durchflussrichtung mit dem Pfeil auf dem Ventilgehäuse

übereinstimmt;

- der Schieber des Durchflussmessers, die Steuerspindel und die

Einstellskala problemlos zugänglich sind.

Les vannes d'équilibrage peuvent être installées aussi bien sur un
collecteur vertical qu'horizontal.
Installer les vannes de sorte que :
- la direction du flux corresponde à celle de la flèche gravée sur le

corps de la vanne;

- l’accès à l’obturateur du débitmètre, à la tige de commande et au

cadran de lecture de l'échelle d'étalonnage soit facilité.
