Test Circle:
Choose Use Test Circle in the Meter Model
drop-down menu to select the meter size.
Result: A second drop-down menu displays with a selection of Test Circles.
Select the appropriate Test Circle for the RTR (or ADE) being programmed.
The selected Meter Model appears in the field and also above it, next to the words "Meter Model." If the meter name
is too long to display in the field, the complete name can be viewed above the field as shown in Figure 29.

8. Enter the number of billing units by selecting from
the Billing Units drop-down menu.
Billing Units specify the number of units the utility
uses to bill for water. When purchasing an IHD with
factory programming, billing units information is
supplied by the utility at the time of order.
