Scaling factor for time unit, relative to seconds, IEEE 754. Refer to Table 9.5, Factors for
Time.

NOTE: For ASCII-strings the following characters are allowed (i.e. will be interpreted by display module): A..Z, a..z,
0..9 and underscore symbol м_о. Each text-field should be completely filled with acceptable symbols: say, for ìhoursî
time unit мhr_о-specifier should be used instead of ìhrî.

CAUTION: Scaling factors are not checked by transmitter and must not be zeroes!
