This query reads the Standard Event Status Event register, clearing the register at the same time.

Description:

The Standard Event Status Event register bit configuration is shown below (1 = set = enable function,
0 = reset = disable function):

Power supply enables bits 0, 4 and 5

*ESR?

Controller reads 48 (bits 4 and 5 set), indicating Command Error and
Execution error have occurred since the last time the register was read.
