2.1.3 Brightness
You can manually adjust the brightness if you selected All Manual or Manual Brightness,
Automatic Contrast for the Display Adjustment Mode. If you selected Offset Bias for the
Automation Mode Settings, you can also set the offset.
To edit the brightness:
1. Type a number (0 to 16383) in the box or use the slider bar to set the brightness.
2. Click Save.
2.1.4 Contrast
You can manually adjust the contrast if you selected All Manual or Manual Contrast,
Automatic Brightness for the Display Adjustment Mode. If you selected Offset Bias for the
Automation Mode Settings, you can also set the offset.
To edit the contrast:
1. Type a number (0 to 16383) in the box or use the slider bar to set the contrast.
2. Click Save.
2.2 Color Map
The Pearl Control Software includes four preset color maps to choose from.
Grayscale
The most basic setting using only shades of black and
white. Used for general applications.
Saturn
Uses shades of yellow and purple. Used with room
temperature applications.
Hot Iron
Uses shades of yellow and red. Used with high
temperature applications.
Gray Lava
Uses grayscale on the colder regions of the image, and
hot iron on the hotter regions. Useful for finding the
hottest objects in an environment.
