side of the sensor for the pressure compensation. This line is fed to the
pressure compensation circuit in the Control Unit and is vented to
atmospheric pressure at the Control Unit.
A bypass loop can be installed around the anaylsis unit to improve
the overall response time of the instrument. If such a loop is used, make
sure that the inlet flow at the analyzer is within the 300 -1000 SCCM.
